BY ACCESSING THE SITE, ORDERING A SHIPMENT, PURCHASING PRODUCTS, OR USING THE SERVICES YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR ORDER OR PURCHASE ANY SHIPMENTS OR SERVICES

1.TYPES OF USERS
You may simply browse the Site as a "Visitor" or you may create an account ("Account") and register with us to become a "Client". You must be a Client to order.

2. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

ORDER PLACING - You can only place the order, only if the order amount reached INR 300 or more. As per your purchase, we will ship out products to the address given at the time of placing your order WITHIN 5 to 7 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE – Return/Refund/Exchange is accepted only in case of product damage while transit. We need proof of damage immediately after receiving the damaged product at least within 24hrs. Exchange should be intimated by phone and should be sent within 3 days of the damaged product delivery.

3. CONSULTING FEE AND PAYMENT
To pay for an Order, you will need to provide PreetLifeStylist with the information necessary to process an Order from you, including your shipping address and the billing information requested to pay for such Order. You may pay for any products from your Order via Offline payments i.e. Google pay/IMPS Transaction
